Approvals
  1. Secure financing
  2. Acquire permits to build

Home Building – Foundation & Frame
  1. Staking for foundation work
  2. Tree clearing (if necessary)
  3. Excavation / setting grade (yard levels)
  4. Foundation / backfill dirt
  5. Frame, windows, exterior doors, exterior trim, and siding
Home Building – Exterior
  1. Exterior painting
  2. Roofing
  3. Utilities: electric main trenching, gas main trenching, water main and sewer installation, septic field and well water system (if applicable)
  4. Brick and stone masonry exterior
